Home Building Coordinators (HBC) is a subsidiary of McNeil Builders LLC doing business in Massachusetts and New Hampshire since 1989. While McNeil Builders LLC focuses on additions in Northern and central Massachusetts, HBC helps families build their dream home in the Lakes Region and surrounding areas in Central New Hampshire. We are a family owned business. We pride ourselves in building some of the finest homes in the area. Quality is our trademark. Over the years we have aquired some of the  most creative  sub-contractors and architects in the  industry. It is our goal to make it easier and less expensive for you to build the home of your dreams. We do not act as a general contractor per se, because we charge a flat fee and do not mark up any of the products and services, saving you thousands of dollars! We are onsite and coordinate the movements and completion of each sub-contractor.
